Returns and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy

An order can be cancelled by writing an email to customer care from the registered email id giving the reference of the order number or calling us at 0120 – 4150534. The customer care will cancel the order upon confirmation and the refund will be initiated. In case the order has been shipped you will have to request for a return and we will refund the same once the product is received by us.

The refund in either case will be done through the means the payment was made. In case of payment made by credit cards the refund will be made to the credit card account only and the same way for other payment methods.

Replacement/Returns Policy

In case the product delivered to you is having any sort of defect or is different from the one ordered ToolsBond will replace the same at no additional cost to you. Please call or mail the customer care giving the details of your order number and we will immediately replace the same. In case we do not have the same in stock we will refund the entire amount upon your confirmation. Similarly you may return a product if you do not like the same.

We will not return or replace a product in the following cases :-

· A product is damaged due to misuse.

· Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of some other product.

· Any consumable item which has been used or installed.

· Products with missing or tampered serial or UPC numbers.

· Any product which is returned without the original packaging and accessories, including the manufacturers packaging if any.

· Any request which is received after 7 days of the delivery of the product.

· Products purchased from stock lot category will not be eligible for normal returns.
