Order processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 4:00 PM are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times and shipping charges

We ship across India through established courier and surface transport partners. Estimated delivery is 2-5 business days for metro cities and 5-10 business days for other locations. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery pincode, product weight and dimensions.

Oversized and heavy items

Extension, telescopic and multipurpose ladders are oversized items and may be dispatched by surface transport. Delivery of these items can take longer than standard courier shipments, and our team will contact you to confirm the delivery schedule where required.

Delivery inspection and damaged shipments

Please inspect the packaging at the time of delivery. If an item arrives damaged, refuse the delivery where possible and contact us within 48 hours with photographs of the product and packaging so that a replacement can be arranged.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, strikes, or incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided at checkout.
