Q. What is my account?

A. My Account section gives you control over transactions at ToolBond. It also lets you to :-

  • Manage and Edit personal details like address, phone numbers and email ID.

    • Change password.
    • Lets you view your order history.

    Q. Are there any charges for creating an account on ToolsBond?

    A. No there are absolutely no charges for creating an account with us. It is absolutely free of cost.

    Q. Can I make a purchase without having an account?

    A. No. At present we do not offer guest checkout facility.

    Q. What does ToolsBond do with personal information collected ?

    A. The personal information collected is done to enable us to send you the products you have ordered and to validate your identity, as well as to provide us with a way to get in touch with you if the need should arise. We do not share, sell or pass on the details collected with anyone. For further details please go through our Privacy Policy.

    Q. What should I do if I forget my password?

    A. Pls. do not worry if you have forgotten your password. Pls. click on the my account link at the top of the page and then click on the forget password link. Fill in the details and you will receive instructions to reset the same in your inbox.

    Q. What should I do in case I am unable to log into my account?

    A. In case you are unable to log into your account. Pls. check if you have typed the correct user name and password. In case you have forgotten your password, please reset the same using forget password link. In case the problem persists please contact our customer care and they will be glad at assist you.

    Q. Would my ToolsBond account be suspended or deleted if I do not shop for a long period?

    A. No. Your ToolsBond account does not have an expiry date, you can keep an account and shop at your convenience.

    Q. If I add products in my shopping cart will they remain there the next time when I login again?

    A. No. Your shopping cart will be emptied once the session expires or you log out.

    Q. Can I order for an out of stock product?

    A. We regret but the products listed as “Out of Stock” are not available for sale. However you may contact our Customer Care to know more about it.

    Q. What will happen if I receive a wrong product? Will you replace the same?

    A. Our team takes utmost care to ensure customer satisfaction. However in the unfortunate event of you receiving a wrong product, you may request us for a replacement.

    Q. What will happen if the product I chose to be replaced goes out of stock?

    A. We can only initiate a replacement request if the stock is available with us. In case the product is out of stock we can initiate the refund after your confirmation.

    Q. What if I want to cancel an order after making the payment?

    A. You can cancel your order even after you have made a payment either by calling our Customer care or writing a mail at support@toolsbond.com from your registered email ID. We will ensure that the order is cancelled and your money refunded. However the order cannot be cancelled if the product has already been shipped.

    Q. Can I return a Product that I ordered from toolsbond?

    A. We have an easy return policy. In the unlikely event you did not like the product purchased from us. You may write to the customer care regarding the same with the reference of your order number and details of the product to be returned. They will be happy to assist you with the same.

    Q. How and when will I be refunded for the product returned?

    A. We will only initiate the refund once we receive the product at our end. The refund will be initiated through the same manner in which it was made eg. for payment made through credit cards it will be refunded to your credit card account. We will send you a confirmatory mail once the same is initiated.
